You get what you give, there are many cliche ways to say it: karma, what goes around comes around, you reap what you sow, and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make. You can measure what you are putting out by what is coming to you. It's easy. You don't need a complicated measurment tool to see how you're doing. You can perfectly measure how well you are treating people by how well people treat you. Not each person maybe, but on a statistical level. The world is a mirror and cannot respond differently than your input. You can measure everything about yourself this way. I am trained as a government manager. We have to measure everything. So this method occurs to me. I have a new ruler for myself. I love it!
